  Fantastic mortgage experience. First time home buyer in 2022 and worked with the Hind. My closing agent and realtor had never worked with anyone at ThirdFederal and they were very impressed. "The most thorough and responsive" they had dealt with. I agree - thorough, responsive, friendly, helpful...even funny. I look forward to working with them again. THANK YOU!

  The manager at this branch is unprofessional and doesn't have a clue how to provide quality customer service. During my first visit to open a CD in the name of my legal trust, he told me the bank policy was to have all pages of the trust. I bank with ten other financial institutions and they have no need to know or a "right to know" the details of someone's trust. Typically they should only have the first page and the last two signature pages. He was unwilling to perform due diligence on my behalf. I escalated the issue to his regional manager and she agreed with me. The manager at this branch should be required to have customer service training. So hard to find a professional that understands the "Customer is King".

  I've banked here for several years and they have always been like family. Monthly CDs have built interest. Other banks just can't match the interest rates.

  Have taken my mom there a number of times and they have always been most patient with all her questions and offer helpful advice. They also have better CD rates than most other local banking institutions.

  so, i have dealt with this bank 2 x in the past 10 years, and i must say this. if this bank was giving away money i still would not enter the doors of this place. period ever ever ever. idiots would be a compliment.
