Think Bank Reviews

Amanda Corwin5I love Think. I have been banking here since 1998 and have never banked anywhere else. Their interest rates, efficiency of procedures are so easy and quick and I everyone I have worked with has been so helpful. Belinda in Apple Valley just called me out of the blue to move some of my loans around for better interest rates and to save me money monthly. You don't get that kind of customer service anymore. I was floored. When I met my now husband, he moved all of his banking to Think and everything we do is through Think. Best Bank!

Zack Wyttenhove1I would avoid working with Think Bank. There are plenty of small to mid-size banks out there with better customer service. I have not had a great experience with them in regards to mortgage and auto loans. Initially worked with a really great rep at the St. Paul branch, but it has been all down hill from there.

Catharine Cadenhead1I have been with this bank since I was 15. It used to be a credit union and the service was spectacular. Since it became a bank I have never been happy with the service. Often when I call they are snippy and act like I’m not bright enough to deal with. I have called three times now requesting a new debit card because mine expires this month. I was told it would come when it comes. Meanwhile I have bills to pay and my city utility won’t accept my card this month. I was promised it would be here the beginning of the month. It’s mid month now and still no card. They said I could pay an extra $35 to get a card in two days. Why should I pay extra to gain access to my money? I owe them nothing. No loans through them because I’ve always gotten better deals elsewhere. I told them I will be closing my accounts on Saturday and the woman on the phone said ok have a nice day. I have a higher balance account and so does my daughter. They will lose three accounts tomorrow.

Jack Retka5If you bank at WellsFargo people, you're part of the problem. Same for BOA, TCF, USBank etc. Years ago (Citizens United), I abandoned all corporate spending and banking. The smaller local banks and credit unions are the ethical choice! Pick one, they are all around you and very friendly. Be a part of the solution, exit all corporate bank products today!

Rhonda Franks1My husband and I normally get treated well when we do business at this bank but today was questionable. Before we where serviced my husband and I were asked to take off our mask and look to there camera. I did not have a problem with that until I realized that they were not doing it to everyone that came in.

Rachel Weber1Bad online system...bad hours...inside closes at 5 on weekdays, most other banks are at least until 5:30 which would give most people just enough time to get there since you can’t always ask questions through the drive through and only a few locations so unless you live in one of those cities it is not convenient. Not to mention, our mortgage contact quit right before our closing and nobody decided to tell us...which lead to a very stressful situation. I just wouldn’t recommend this place. While the staff is friendly, if you want to do any kind of online banking, this is not the place for you.

Safiyyah Cummings5I and am always greeted by happy and helpful people. Plus, you can take out money from the ATM in $10 increments! I've worked with someone by phone (at corporate, Rochester) before opening, at the front desk, in the office (Eagan), by email at another branch (Saint Paul), AND on the phone with customer service (issue unrelated to the bank)!

Aubrey Linder4Overall I have been happy here but please train your employees to greet their customers and ask what kind of help they need. I was in the drive through wanting to get cash back from a check and the teller didn't say hello nor ask what I needed help with and just took it upon herself to deposit my check. Not friendly!
