modify rc1This location sucks. Everytime I go here the older lady with the white hair gives me a hard time. It's not just me I heard other similar stories from customers. I was making a withdrawal she told me funds were not available, drove to burnsville location on 42 and got my Money no questions ask 7 minutes later.

Chad Nyberg1I've been banking here unfortunately for a number of years, as what they refer to internally as a "wealth management" client, and I have still received so much disrespect and a lack of basic business courtesy, that I feel foolish for continuing on. They screwed up an auto-pay application which negatively affected my credit score, have spoken to me with disrespect, and I've witnessed them do the same to others. The only reason I stay is because of how much I have tied up and the logistical nightmare of the change. It's like a bad marriage! The manager here is very unpleasant and unprofessional. Brian Brown2So apparently customer service is non-existent at this Bank anymore!! I asked for my withdrawal to be all in 100 she informed me that half would have to be in 20s because everybody else came in and got money.. so I proceeded to ask her aren't you a bank are you out of money?? In a very rude voice she said I will check the other cashier, who did have some $100 bills she then informed me that next time I will get whatever she has!... are you effing kidding me!!! I have been with this bank for almost 20 years and a disabled War veteran maybe it's time to shop a different bank!! But I have a feeling it's just this Branch poorly run!!

Jon Lloyd1*** Update.. 4/5/21 This bank only has one drive through lane open. It’s ridiculous that a bank of this size only has one lane open. And had only one lane open for at least two weeks. Somebody needs to address this immediately!! Teller was very rude. She told me what and how I should do my business. I brought in 4 deposits and she told me to come there more often to make it faster. I shouldn’t have to explain myself to her to make her job faster. The teller was an older lady and not very nice.

Larry Luangrath1I’ve gone here a couple times. One to deposit a somewhat large check after the sale of my house and the most recent time to make get a large cashiers check for a down payment on a new home. Both times I was helped by an older lady who always seems to give me a hard time and as a result making my experience banking at this particular location very unpleasant and stressful when it does not need to be. Her condescending tone and lack of customer service ruin it for me and I will not ever do business at this location again.

A Z1I came to make a small deposit in my account today through the drive in lane. The lady who helped me made me very upset. I apparently didn't write my name on the deposit ticket. She said "can you next time please write your name. I cant read your name from your debit card" while holding my debit close to her face!!!!!! It felt like I was being scolded for not writing my name. Being just a little courteous doesn't hurt. Basic stuff!!

saltesi aymar5I worked with a banker named Melissa Christopherson who took the time to make sure I was squared away. She answered all my questions and took care of me in a timely manner. I’ve going to this bank for awhile too and have never had any issues at all. Always courteous, clean, calm and organized.

Anthony Flores1I had a very terrible experience after thinking it was a good bank!! So I deposit $190 thru the ATM for an emergency and showed up as an "deposit not accepted". It gave me a piece of paper which I misplaced at home. Went to the bank and was told I was going to get it back the next day regardless of what the ATM said after they checked it. Told me to filed a claim after I had already did. I called and was told I had to wait 10 days until I get the credit. This is ridiculous because I made the deposit for a emergency. They said now that I have to wait. I explain to them that if I had gotten the money back I wouldn't made the claim or anything. But the fact that it didn't i had to file a claim. They told me that something like that usually happens at those ATMs!!!!

Adam Hudgins5US Bank really does a great job taking care of both customers and employees. I Bank here, and my wife works here. My wife has had a few health related issues and the management has been awesome and understanding. Treat employees well and they will in turn treat the customer well. All the management here is amazing and really care!!

David Kohlmeyer5Lisa is the best mortgage loan officer I found. She helped with all my questions and carefully explained any issues I didn't understand. It was obvious from the moment we began that she new her stuff and knew it well. We bought a bank owned home and when push came to shove she knew what we had to do and where to put pressure to get things moving.
