  Andy was great to work with and I would be thrilled to work with him again. I was looking for a house for about 2 years and he always kept me informed on what I need to update. When I finally found a house and needed all of my paperwork to be completed Andy was on vacation and only available by email, he got all of my paperwork that I needed to complete my offer without any issues at all.

  We are so happy that we worked with Andy for our mortgage refinance! We had a ton of questions, and he answered them all in a way that was easy to understand. And he was so quick to respond! We were shopping different lenders and one came back with just a slightly lower rate than Loan Depot. Andy was able to get a rate match for us and Loan Depot also had lower closing costs than the other lenders. The process was easy to navigate and efficient from start to finish. I think what's most notable about Andy is that he genuinely has his customer's best interest at heart. He is open, knowledgeable, and honest. I vividly remember him saying at what point, "As much as I'd love your business, it's most important to me that you get the best offer you can." He treats you like family, and offers advice based on what is best for your situation instead of what's best for business from a sales perspective. No pressure whatsoever. Andy's customer service is top notch, and we can't recommend him enough! He'll be our mortgage guy from here on out!
