  We are first time home buyers and Tom has been a fantastic partner throughout this whole experience. From our first call, we have enjoyed working with him. He has been patient and thorough in answering the (very very many) questions that we had about the process. We were buying a house in the middle of the crazy housing market at the end of 2021/beginning of 2022 and were working with a very tight deadline. Tom worked closely with us for each one of our offers, running numbers at all times of the day. He has a lot of experience to draw upon, and we came to rely and trust him. He also kept us informed throughout and did frequent check ins to make sure we felt comfortable during the process. I remember there was a time when he thought I sounded stressed out, and he called me the next day to make sure I was OK. Tom is good people and we'd work with him again in a heartbeat.

  Tom and his team is the most efficient and genuine group of people I have worked with by far. They were professional, punctual and kept me updated on each step I needed to take. Tom personally took the time to explain each and every details of what my responsibilities were. He was always a phone call away in cases I didn't understand something or had any questions. I can honestly say he got me through the application process and approved for my loan without my anxiety getting the best of me.   Buying a first home is incredibly stressful especially in today's market conditions, and securing a mortgage is the most confusing part. Tom Wolff was able to boil down all the rates and acronyms into logical information we needed to make the right decision. He went out of his way to make sure we got the best available loan at the lowest possible rate. He and his team was very friendly and were always there 7/24 whenever we had a question (or many questions) for him. Thanks to him our closing was on time and I recommend Tom to anyone in the market for a mortgage.

  Tom did a fantastic job with helping me successfully close on my first home!   If I could give Tom more than five stars I absolutely would! Tom was very friendly and got us to close quickly. He was always available whenever we had a question and would get back to us immediately. He also gave us great advice as first time home buyers and made the process easy! If I had to go through the process again I would definitely go to Tom and I would recommend him to everyone!

  I am a busy real estate attorney, and have been for almost 34 years. One of the more unpleasant tasks in my profession is dealing with mortgage brokers, and I have to deal with not less than 100 mortgage brokers each and every year year. I can honestly say with great authority, that Tom Wolff is the cream of the crop in his field and a pleasure to work with. He knows his stuff, is diligent in everything he does, and puts his clients first. There are not many that I can say that about. Five Stars, at least, for Tom and Wolff Mortgage!

  Thomas was a meticulous professional that got us the best deal on our mortgage. He worked out those numbers that were best for us. His experience as a loan officer really shined when things got a little dicy and gave us advice that made so much sense. We love using his app to make quick calculations on the houses that we were finding. He was up to date with all the things needed and reminds us ahead of time for documents we need to provide the mortgage company. We'd love to work with Thomas again if we ever have to buy another house. Highly recommended!
