  Highly recommend Encompass Home Inspection Service, LLC if you are in need of a home inspection. I used the website to schedule an appointment, which is very user friendly, but ended up needing to make a change to the appointment. Scott immediately reached out and accommodated my change with no problem. During the appointment he took the time to explain everything that needed attention in detail in simple terms and made me feel at ease with minor issues that came up. His was very informative, professional and courteous. His report turn around time was less than 24hours which was an added plus! Will recommend to anyone in need of his services!

  Working with Scott was an absolute breeze. As first time homebuyers, my brother and I did not know what to expect with the home inspection. Scott was super communicative before our inspection, showed up early to the inspection, and was incredibly detailed during it. He was able to breakdown everything throughout the inspection in simple terms to us, and was honest with us as to what he thought were major issues vs maybe more ancillary issues (but still was to sure note them all in his 40 page report that was available the next day!) All-in-all, Scott was very easy to talk to and work with and I'd be sure to recommend using him as your home inspector.

  Scott was incredibly professional and responsive. We are purchasing a home FSBO and he was very thorough during our inspection. His report was clear and detailed, and we had it less than 24 hours after inspection. I highly recommend Encompass for anyone that needs home inspection!

  Scott is a great human and inspector! The termite inspector, Jim, was also very awesome. Both were very experienced, very helpful, and very personable. They were very honest about all issues they saw and all great things they saw in the house. The report is extremely detailed and well done and it arrived the next day! He also said that if we need anything or have any questions even after we purchase the house that he is always available. He seems to have great connections and made everything feel transparent and understandable for us first-time homebuyers! Thank you both!

  Our inspection engineer Scott illustrated supreme customer service, professionalism & a strong knowledge base of all that is entailed with a home inspection as he is detail oriented & very transparent! He’s also super patient as he even kindly tolerated my fiancé following him around asking many questions which Scott dealt with like a tremendous professional! Scott also provides a stellar & detailed report that he emails to you within 24 hrs! Absolutely the best & highly recommend!
