  Lost a lot of money at the casino. But the bank tellers here were so nice. Two girls bankers sitting at the front were so frendily and helpful. Saturday November 13 around 2pm

  I am a long time customer and just wanted to give a shout out to the staff regarding the customer service I always receive when dealing with Chase Bank. If I ever have an issue, it's addressed quickly. It's a big bank with lots of personal interaction. Ali Still from my local branch contacted me in person to alert me of the change in hours during Covid 19. Thanks Chase for taking care of my family, our business, and our community.

  Although Chase has a few drawbacks I think this place deserve a 5 star. Everyone was friendly, but one of the banker Armin really helped me out with a deposit that was on a hold while Other places kept telling me to wait. What makes a company better is the people they hold so thank you!

  This bank is a joke! The manager was also rude. I tried to make a small cash deposit into my friends account and get this....they don't allow cash deposits. It's the silliest thing I have ever experienced. Then they had the nerve to ask if I wanted to become a member then transfer the money into her account. So crazy! No Thank you Chase I will never be your member or a customer.

  The bankers here are obnoxiously self absorb... waited in the lobby while they got coffee talked to each other never acknowledge my or my daughter's presence... just opened an account on Friday I will be closing it tomorrow. If you can't be bothered with me... then you can't be bothered with my money.

  Superb service from personal banker Abraham! He was knowledgeable, courteous, and went way above and beyond to help us out. He is a real asset to Chase.

  Dean and Dennis nice but I had to file a complaint with SEC and FTC about false advertising: Chase did not honor their promotion of $625 after I kept over $25,000 of new money in my account for over 90 days

  Nobody answers the phone if you need to schedule an appointment... therefore you have to wait in the lobby for hours to speak with a banker... ridiculous..
