  In 2021, we had to move quickly to find a new home. Bob and Roxanne were amazing. They advised and guided through the unfamiliar territory of the real estate market. Somehow they found a gem of a home for us the first month of our search. Bob and his network of professionals helped to give my wife and I peace of mind through the inspections, loan process and purchase.   Bob and Roxanne are amazing. My wife and I were very particular, as I’m sure most people are when buying a new home. We looked at homes all over the city. We felt kind of bad because we looked at so many, but they were very understanding and worked hard to find the right home for us. They made sure we were aware of all credits and programs that were available to us. They are added some nice touches like sending birthday cards for our daughter and anniversary cards. Very nice. I highly recommend Bob and Roxanne for your next home, buying or selling.

  We recently sold our house with Bob & Roxanne, they were great to work with. Very professional and quick to respond. Our house was listed the same day the state lock down started because of Covid-19. It was a difficult market to sell in but Bob & Roxanne had innovative ways for our house to be seen. Our house was listed for a fair price and they negotiated in our best interest. They answered all our questions about contract, settlement and closing. They made a stressful situation a lot easier and we recommend them to anyone looking to sell their house.

  Bob helped me find my house and he also helped me sell my house! He was a pleasure to work with both times and I can't recommend him enough. Preparing to sell my house was stressful. I needed some minor work done and I didn't know anybody. Bob shared references with me and I had all of the work done within the week. I don't even want to imagine what the experience would have been like if I had anybody else in my corner!

  We faced a sale that was far more complicated and problematic than it should have been. Bob was knowledgeable, effective, pro-active, and supportive every step of the way. I have no doubt that our satisfaction was as important to him as the actual sale of the house.
