  We are a military family and conducted our home search from Europe. Once we focused on a property, Wendy and her team were extremely helpful guiding us through the process. We had concerns about conducting a home purchase while being an ocean away but they provided fantastic support, both electronically and by phone. We were able to complete the loan application via a very easy to use web portal and when it came time to close on our home Wendy's team had the hard copy documents to us in Europe in plenty of time to review prior to signing. I really can't say enough about how well they helped us and alleviated our concerns throughout this entire process.

  As a first time home buyer I was very nervous and really did not know what to expect. Wendy and her team made the process go so smoothly and explained everything in detail with me.   The experience with the Wendy Thompson Team was amazing; the knowledge and superior customer service exemplifies great American business. Even after being forewarned on the first call that they do things a little differently, we just did not foresee such an unparalleled, smooth process. Wendy took the f out of our fears and applied it to facts, faith, and family. Not only did she make herself available 7 days a week if you needed her, she also squashed all doubts that home ownership was out of our reach. If it wasn't the right situation, she laid out the "facts" for us to understand why not all while reassuring us to keep the "faith" because our home was out there and if not, we could build it. Wow! We listened and we believed so now I get to write this review about our now extended "family", The Wendy Thompson Team, from our beautiful home.

  This was my first experience in purchasing a home so I am unable to compare The Wendy Thompson Lending Team to another lender, but I would never deal with anyone else. I was warned that the actual loan process would be the biggest headache of home buying, that is not what I experienced. The entire process couldn't have gone smoother for my wife and I. Wendy and her team were a dream to work with. I am so glad we took our agents recommendation in choosing The Wendy Thompson Lending Team. I can't stress enough how helpful and friendly everyone I dealt was every step of the way.   Wendy and her team made the mortgage process super easy for us. We used her when we initially bought our house, and again when we refinanced about 18 months later to take advantage of a lower interest rate. I highly recommend her if you are in either situation!
