      i loved Bambu . until over a month ago randomly i could not log in anymore it gives me a random error message saying that i dont have internet ... ive called customer service , emailed customer service , chatted all the above and my account has yet to be fixed . My card dont even work now.

      If I could put zero I would. These people NEVER answer the phones an if you email them it can't be delivered. I'm reporting them to the BBB for fraud and stealing people's information

      Had to call to get the sign on bonus and then I still haven't received the 2 referral bonus I've been calling every day since the 10th of December they need to figure it out

      Where do I begin?? They say no social security number is required yet they were unable to verify my account even tho I had already sent the selfie and picture of my ID as requested. Then I receive an email stating your account was verified!!!! Yet I had to enter my social and answer 3 questions about where I have lived to finalize my verification . I was verified on November the 24th and was told I would receive my sign on bonus within 3 days, I then contacted their company on December 1 and notified them that I had not received my bonus as promised. The response was that because that was the week of a holiday I would have it that next week. Well, that week has come and gone, and wouldn’t you know it, still no bonus, but that’s not even the highlight of my review, ever since my account was verified and my social was entered my information personal information has been at risk. Certain passwords I use, Apple security notified me has been leaked, a call was made to my relia bank, they sent me an email the next day with a follow up survey yet I never called relia bank the day before. All my information was given to my card holder service provider by whomever made the call. It’s very much a coincidence! USE CAUTION!!!!
