  Trever is AMAZING! He did our first home mortgage and then our refinance most recently. Both times were a very smooth process. Not only does he get you the best rates but makes you feel like you are in good hands the whole time. He explained our options very throughly and walked us through step by step. He is the best and the only person I trust in the TN area!

  Trever helped me when buying my home, then again when refinancing. During the refinance, he navigated all the information I had from job changes due to covid like a pro, I’m so thankful he was able to help me through that process. I honestly can’t thank him enough

  Over the past 40 years I have refinanced properties many times and I can say, without hesitation, that Trever provided the very best services bar none. He was professional - solved problems - and communicated diligently throughout the process. I've worked with mortgage companies large and small - local and national - Trever is the best. We refinanced a second property in 2022 and chose Trever again to manage our way through the process. This investment property had some different curves to navigate and I was very happy having Trever get us through it. He remains our top choice for all things real estate financing. He was professional, well informed, and quite easy to work with. My husband, who usually took care of this level of business, had recently died.   More than highly recommend using Trever. He is the ONLY way to go if you are buying in Tennessee or Florida. No one will work harder for you and put you in the best spot possible more than Trever will.

Not only was he able to reduce my payment, decrease my term by 5 years AND get money back at closing, his professionalision and willingness to provide the best deal possible for me is why I would HIGHLY recommend him for any and all of my mortgage needs.
