  In May 2013 Billy closed my loan on my home. He had been recommended by a friend and since I was a first time home buyer I was glad to have a recommendation. I had always heard the worst about it taking forever to close a loan on a house because of problems getting all the paperwork done and I should be prepared for that. All I can say is that with Billy this was a very smooth easy process with literally no hiccups! He was always professional and the paperwork was done correctly the first time...I was thrilled!! It took somewhere between 3-4 weeks after the offer on the house was accepted to close and I couldn't have been happier! Billy did a great job explaining to me all my options and helped me pick the option that was right for me. If I ever need to purchase for a home again I will definitely come back to Billy again! Thanks Billy!!

  Billy is a great Loan Officer who makes every buyers very clear about the different kinds of loan and the requirements for each loan program. While I was struggling a lot to get a home loan, I met Billy luckily who helped me get a loan so quickly and closed my newly purchased home a week ago.
