  My husband and I wanted to reboot our life, but didn’t know how to make it happen. A friend recommended I talk with Melissa and my life was changed. Within two days, we had a workable plan to sell a Colorado home, purchase a Texas home, move, and use equity to semi-retire my husband so he could return to school and do what he had always wanted to do. What seemed like a wish became a comfortable reality thanks to Melissa’s expertise and her willingness to help find creative solutions. Also, she is fun to work with. This was the least painful real estate transaction I have ever taken on. In fact, it was pleasant and I found myself looking forward to calls from Melissa and her team. Now I am a little sad that it’s done, but my husband’s and my lives are remarkably better than they were a month ago.
