  We have been using NCCU as our primary bank for a few years now. We have found their app and customer service to be lacking. I wanted to make it work with them, but they don't seem to have their act together on loans and some basic alerting you would expect everyone to have at this point. Time to move on.

  Don, Thank you for your feedback. We’ve tried to reach you multiple times to discuss your concerns however we have not received a response. We’ve recently made updates to our mobile app and online banking which includes several methods of communication to send alerts to our members regarding balance, maintenance, and transaction alerts as well as a notification if a password is ever changed. We welcome suggestions from our members and have implemented some changes as a direct result of member suggestions. Please feel free to contact us with your ideas for improvement at any time.

  The staff at the Berthoud branch are absolutely amazing (I'm sure the Greeley staff are too but I've never been to that branch) . I've had several issues involving my debit card, and several account problems, and they are always so helpful and willing to answer questions whenever I have them. They're excellent at notifying me about unusual activity and such with my card and ALWAYS friendly. As a young guy who started my first bank account with them, I couldn't be more satisfied.

  I live in Berthoud and it is such a convenience. I have a navy federal credit Union account and when I need to withdraw cash, I can do it here with no charge. The place is clean and the staff is friendly. If you never been here before I highly recommended it!

  Very friendly staff. I switch from Independent Financial to NCCU and couldn't be happier. I got a loan with 2% less interest and a shorter term than Independent. Highly recommend!

  Very friendly staff, every time I go there, they have a smile in their face and are comfortable on a first name basis. Unlike some other places, NCCU is a business that truly cares about its members.

  You claim that you are a shared branch for other credit unions. But you never offer shared members any services. You are a fraud. And completely useless. What a waste.. Your response is total B.S. I was told you would do it for members only. Your COVID excuse is a flat out lie... 👎

  Due to current COVID-19 restrictions and to protect the health and safety of our employees, the lobby of our Berthoud branch is currently closed. Therefor we are temporarily unable to provide shared branching services at this time. Under normal circumstances, we are happy to provide services to shared branch members according to their home credit union’s permissions and CO-OP requirements that we are bound to. We apologize for the inconvenience, however we do still offer our exterior ATM for surcharge-free transactions for shared branch members.

  Hi Benjamin. Based on your review, it sounds like you visited our new Berthoud branch. Currently, we are not offering shared branch services at our Berthoud branch, however we do offer Co-Op surcharge-free ATM transactions at this location. Shared branching services are available at our Greeley location. We apologize for the inconvenience.
