      Fred did my taxes for me this year and I am extremely happy with his service. He was very communicative, professional, thorough and efficient. Fred was able to get me the stimulus money added onto my refund that I should have received the first and second rounds of the stimulus payouts. My refund was accepted and processed quickly. I will absolutely be using Fred's services again!

      Went to Frederick Towles in early March to file my business and personal taxes for federal and state. Frederick said that 5 weeks was more than enough time to for him to file by April 17, 2018. I got a letter from the IRS and New York State saying that taxes weren't filed till Mid May, so I was charged late filing penalty fees. I contacted the Towles Group and they said they would have no problem in issuing a refund in the amount of the penalties, roughly $350. Till date (it's August now) I have not received any check, and all of my calls and emails have gone unanswered.
