I am stranded at a gas station in Virginia (on my way to Maryland) because suddenly my card won’t work. I have plenty in my account, so there’s no reason for this. I tried calling the Customer Service number on the back and they said they can’t help me, I have to call TTCU when they open. So here I wait with 3 other people and an empty tank.

I’ve banked with them for 4 1/2 years 2 years ago I came to them to see about refinancing my house , they referred me to one of their partners, I supply all necessary paperwork I never heard back from them, last year I bought a new car, came to them to refinance that so I could have most of my credit products at 1 institution, the lad I was working with stopped communicating, I sent her an email , she claimed she was on vacation , never heard back, now 2 weeks ago I called to replace my debit card due to damage, I was told I would be charged, the times before I never was charged so I decided to close my accounts. They’ve dropped the ball!!

Hi Tavares--We are sorry to hear about your experience with TTCU. Although it might be too late, we would like to get you in touch with a member of our management staff to use this as an opportunity to learn from our mistakes. Would you please email us at [email protected] with the best time of day and phone number to get in touch with you so we can begin this conversation? Again we apologize for your experience.

This is the worst bank to deal with. They are not knowledgeable, and they are not willing to fix issues that they have caused. Secondly, they add hidden fees, then say "oh well that was in your contract when you signed up." First off, the fees on my account have nothing to do with me, but my cosigner who went bankrupt. Then, they have the ordasity to tell me to tell my cosigner who went bankrupt to pay those fees! No thank you, cannot wait to be rid of this bank after I pay my car loan. I have always been on time and paid more than I owed, yet they hit me with 954.50 in lawyer fees, and never went to court. Wow, they must really be desperate!!! Be careful from this bank and their added hidden fees.

The atm is charging members to use their own atm without notice. Their excuse for not posting of the new fees was they have been short handed... now my account is short. The only one who can fix this is a branch manager but they don't have one because they no longer work there.

This place is a RIP OFF!!!! When you make a payment the amount remaining on your receipt is NOT your remaining balance. Your remaining balance is higher than what is on your receipt. TOTAL RIP OFF!!!!!
