  My husband and I had been planning for major home renovations and originally wanted to go the heloc route. I was referred to Zach by a friend who wanted to make sure I was looking at all options, and with rates as low as they were for refinancing, we decided to give him a call and from there he got us the lowest rate with the best terms and closed in one month! We had a unique situation with our home but Zach and the Socha Lending group were on it. They had our full confidence and made the whole process a breeze. Zach especially put us at ease about the biggest financial decision we’ve faced and answered all of our texts and calls almost immediately (even on weekends).   Professional organization run by amazing people. Can't recommend them enough! I had a home being built in Northern Colorado and ran into Zach while searching around. From my first call with him, Zach surpassed my expectations by understanding my situation as a first-home buyer, early out of college, and trying to get out of the renting world. He understood my limited knowledge and instead of leading me down the path of starting to sign contracts (as pretty much every other lender I spoke to tried,) he instead gave me a rundown of his job and how the system works. Describing in easy-to-understand terms how he plans to derive the costs/benefits of various different plans as well as providing me with ample documentation as I requested it in a timely fashion. He was extremely personable, ALWAYS available (which turned out to be the most priceless trait I found from anyone during the process,) and at the end of the call I had a much higher respect for what he does and how he could help me through the process. Once the house was chosen, I entered the world of working with builders (Richmond American) and realized the absolute mayhem that comes with it. Out of all the so-called 'professionals' that I worked with, only Zach remained my go-to for information and updates. He expertly timed each step in the process so I was always aware of what was happening and what was expected of me. Even going as far to reach out to the builder directly on numerous occasions when they refused to communicate effectively. I can't thank Zach, Jonathan and Socha Lending Group enough for all the kindness and professionalism they provided me throughout the entire process (from searching to post-closing.) I will be recommending them to friends and anyone looking at taking out a loan on a new home, if not just for the incredible people, but also for the sheer amount of money they have saved me with their detailed, customized plans.   Given the challenging housing market I was in, the Socha Lending Group made sure I had everything I needed, when I needed it to make sure I could close on my home as smoothly as possible, while also maintaining excellent communication between all parties. I initially began the search for my home with another lender, but after not being able to get a response from them I was put in touch with Zach Deeter who was able to quickly answer all of my questions, provide me with better rates, and connect me with several agents to help me with my insurance, all while making what is normally a less than pleasant experience, quite enjoyable!   Zach Deeter made me feel so comfortable and at ease throughout the whole mortgage process. He answered every question I had right away, which there were tons since I was a first time home buyer. There was even an issue with the way my property taxes were being estimated at which Zach solved right away with the title company himself.   As a first time home buyer, I had a lot of questions. Luckily, my realtor set me up with Zach Deeter who was absolutely wonderful to work with. He was very thorough with explaining things and always available. He got me the best rate (which he even beat after I had already locked in a rate) and was able to give me some concessions, which helped tremendously.
