  Kristin and her team were amazing to work with. Kristin found us an amazing rate for our home refinance. She was extremely responsive to every question, email and phone call I made. She walked us through every step of the refinance process and took the time to explain everything to us. I have worked with Kristin twice now. We bought our home through her and refinanced our loan three years later. I will never use anyone else. We were able to refinance our loan in less than three weeks. When I tell others how quickly she got everything done they are amazed.

  Kristin was AMAZING to work with! Since I am a first time buyer, I didn’t understand the process and was really nervous. However, Kristin held my hand through the entire process- and not to mention, got me a killer interest rate! I highly recommend the Smith Team and will definitely use them in the future.

  The Smith team at Altius Mortgage were fantastic to work with. They were responsive when asked questions. They reached out to me when more information was needed, this kept the process moving forward. I enjoyed the instructive videos they would send to explain how the different processes work. They rescued me from difficulties I was having with other mortgage companies and helped me speed through my refinance. I can't say enough good about the experience.

  I was amazed at their amazing customer service to search many different lenders to get us the best rate! They were always a text away to answer any of my questions! Kristen was so nice! I loved working with her and feel like I found a lifelong friend! You can't go wrong with these guys!
