  Sadly had a bad experience. Reached out in June and had a nice conversation but were ghosted after that. Reached out several times but never got a response, so just moved on. A simple “ sorry we can’t work with you” would have been nice.

  I am truly, truly sorry Julie. My father was hospitalized and we had a change in staff and I clearly was not communicating properly. I am very sorry we were unable to work together.

  Working with Nicole is so easy. We have dealt with so many tax prep professionals over the years and she is by far the best. She is honest and trustworthy. She gives us the confidence and guidance to move through the tax process with ease. Any questions we have are answered quickly. She provides alternatives to preparing for the next tax year and reasons for doing each. She is very accessible (except this wacky year). I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for an upgrade in their tax prep.

  I am so glad that I found Nicole and The Small Business Accounting Solution. This is the second year that Nicole has prepared my taxes and it has been an enjoyable and informative experience. Nicole is a knowledgeable tax professional. In addition, she is great at helping me understand recent changes in the tax law and how this will impact me in the future. I trust her opinion and would recommend her to anyone that wants a straight forward, hassle free approach at tax time. She makes it easy!

  I was struggling to find a accountant with even a decent website. I found Nicole's welly designed website and got a responses in a very fast and timely matter. She worked with me on my complicated and unusual business and got me where i needed to be. She broke every single thing down and let me see it with my own eyes. I truly appreciate everything she did for me and am grateful to continue to work with her. Highly recommended.

  My wife and I initially reached out to Nicole about 9 years ago because we needed specific assistance with QuickBooks. We were very impressed with her, and after realizing how knowledgeable and easy she was to work with, we soon shifted all of our personal and professional (including one small business and two rental properties) tax accounting needs to TSBAS. She is a great communicator and incredibly thorough. Our situation changes year by year, and this year, she's even providing payroll services for our business as well. Wouldn't go anywhere else - highly recommend!

  I'm not usually one to write reviews, but I felt this was much deserved. My husband and I own a few businesses and were in need of an accountant for an immediate problem we were having. I had called several accountants in our area only to be told they were "too busy" or "weren't taking new clients" because it was right in the middle of tax season. Feeling hopeless and desperate, I reached out to family and friends for advice. A friend of mine suggested I call Nicole. I called her and left her a voicemail but much to my surprise, she immediately called me back and agreed to help me. She was kind and understanding as she listened to me and my concerns. She was on top of things from the moment I asked for help. She met with me on more than one occasion, was thorough in explaining everything so I understood what was going on and she went above and beyond my expectations of what an accountant should do. We've unfortunately had poor experiences with accountants in the past and have been leary on trusting someone new. In our experience, its hard to find someone who truly had our best interest at heart. Nicole definitely had our best interest the entire time we worked with hee. She even went back through some old taxes and found some things our previous accountants hadn't pointed out to us which will ultimately save us thousands of dollars in the future. She is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to business accounting and runs her business with a compassionate heart, something that makes her very special in what she does. Nicole not only has my husband and I as clients for life, she now has a friend as well. Can't thank her enough!

From our first consultation I knew we had someone who was not only special, but an extremely hard worker who listens to your whole situation and future goals and then provides all the right tools and advice to guide you and your company to the right destination.   1. The secure portal to upload my tax documentation is easy to use. 2. Every year, this company does my taxes timely, accurately, and efficiently. 3. They use DocuSign for me to sign off, which is also a very simple process. 4. They work with me to understand my history and to listen to and address any concerns. 5. They provide good tax tips throughout the year for learning purposes. For as long as this company is in business, I will ALWAYS go to them to do my taxes.
