  If I could rate them a zero I swear to God I would. They are so ignorant the worst credit union to ever be with. I only banked with them for a car that they overcharged for and they do not care if we in a pandemic or not! If you late they will come take your car in 2.5seconds! I don’t wish this bank on anyone! I wish I could get this bank shut down!!!

  Horrible wait times to get a balance or transfer money. They did away with bank by phone, whichever we used several times a week. 3 phone calls today and probably an hour of total wait times and finally got a person to help. Online banking says we already have it set up, we don't, and won't let me on. Have tried repeatedly. Wish I could leave but would be difficult to transfer everything.

  If I could rate this bank as zero I would! My bank is a partner branch with this credit union. Knowing that, I sat outside and waited for them to open in the morning because I was having a yard sale. I asked him to break $100 bill for me and they said they couldn’t break any bills for me unless I had an account with them and they asked for the account number. It’s a bank people don’t you exchange money at a bank? This country is just crazy anymore. Big waste of time. They should put that on their website or put a sign on the door. Beware don’t bother coming here to break bills. They also tried to charge a friend of mine 18.9% finance charge on a car loan for a used car and it was only for a little over $1,000 load. This person was a customer with them since they were old enough to get a bank account that’s just ridiculous to me. I will never do business with Citadel.

  First time dealing with this bank/credit union. Easy set up online, and Moriah, a Senior Financial Services Representative at the branch, was a great help at finalizing my checking and savings account. Would highly recommend them!

  I used to be able to use this ATM for free but now they charge me 3$. I can still use the Thorndale Citadel's ATM for free but not this one. Frustrating and confusing.

  You should not have to listen to a long string of automated responses before you get to an actual representative been on the line now for eight minutes still no representative was doing some more automated responses.
