  I have been working with Shelby and Bryan Palmer for over 4 years and every experience I have had has been amazing! Whether I work with them or a member of their team, they are exceptional! It is very obvious that they take pride in what they do and who they hire to help in their business pursuits! I started looking for a home in June of 2016 and the process can be fun, but never easy! They helped me to be able to get all the requirements on the home complete so it was eligible for the loan! And when my water heater failed less than a month after I moved in, they helped in every way they could to make sure I was happy with my purchase and my experience with them! That was absolutely not their responsibility but they wanted to make sure I was taken care of! Being a single mom, purchasing my first home, I have been so grateful for their passion to put their clients and their families first! Thank you Shelby and Bryan for ALL you do!

  My husband and I have both really enjoyed working with Shelby and Bryan! They are very knowledgeable and are very patient with helping you understand what needs to be done and what things mean. We are first time home buyers, so we knew basically nothing about home buying process. They treat you like family and make you feel so comfortable with asking questions!
