Alan Campbell5I first walked into this bank in 2018 when a furniture store's promotional credit card failed to send me a bill. The service was excellent and the problem was the store failing to post a purchase. A decision to move and needing nation wide banking services prompted us to open accounts here. Again the service could not be better. Johnny and his team have been an outstanding experience every time.

Wendy Stephens5I've been with Wells Fargo a little over six years now. I've had to deal with the Brigham City office since they closed the branch here in Tremonton. Recently I had a very frightening moment when I thought I had wrongly deposited a very large check. A gentleman from this office worked with me over the next two days to straighten things out and could not have been more courteous or helpful. He even called me several times to follow up and make sure everything was okay. He made what was a very precarious situation calm, and handled it gracefully. A+ service.

Ronnie Tyler1Worst bank I’ve ever had to go to. I opened an account there because my wife’s mom recommended them for being convenient; but I’ve never experienced worse customer service from a banker (the red headed girl they have working there) or a manager! The manager of this branch is rude, extraordinarily loud, and does not know how to listen at all. I am stunned that a company would allow a person to behave like this, and not only allow them to continue to be employed with them; but promote them to manager! Wells Fargo might be a convenient company and maybe other branches are better, but because of this one I closed my account. If could give this branch a lower review than one star, I would.

Austin Konold1I've never had a harder time with a bank or auto loan. I sold my vehicle. I had a pay off check for my vehicle. For what ever reason they only applied a payment onto the account instead... they lost my pay off check! Nobody speaks proper English and does not understand. I have been with america first most of my life and have had auto loans with them with 0 issues. I will never bank or go through wells fargo again. Issue after issue. They make the customer work much harder then we have to. They are always trying to push you off to customer service or who ever else before even looking at your account. I hope my loan is taken care. Now I had to go to a wells fargo near me in slc because I live 1.5 hours away from brigham just to get this resolved. I sat with a banker for 2 hours today to figure out this problem. I had to send in my receipt and bank statements. It is such a miss. 0 stars across the board for the manager and employees at this location.

Chris Stone2Good customer service by the tellers but the managers won’t let you use the restroom. Hi welcome to Wells Fargo with our high fees and no bathrooms for our customers that have to wait in line for 30 minutes because there are only two tellers staffed. I will be closing our account

Elizabeth Clemons1This place doesn't even deserve a 1. I have never experienced such piss poor customer service and non other than by the branch manager. I tried calling to see how you even get in with all this covid BS and they hung up on me twice and then proceeded to reprimand me because I kept calling hello!!! I had an appointment! At the very least you could have put me on hold! You could have said I'll be right with you or just come to the door and we will help you and apologize for the inconvenience! I got non of that. Unacceptable!
