  I live on the East Coast, and during the beginning of 2020, my family decided to sell our investment property in Long Beach. Since I was three time zones away, I turned to Google to research local agents. After that first phone call I had with Shannon, I knew she was the agent for me! She immediately eased my concerns about selling a home from 3,000 miles away. I could tell right away she KNEW Long Beach and had the local expertise needed. I quickly realized that when you hire the Shannon Jones Team, you get the ENTIRE team behind you. Anytime I had a question or concern, there was someone ALWAYS available! This was especially welcoming since I was so far away. She recommended local trades to complete needed touch-ups and repairs prior to listing and made sure the home looked its best. Her marketing and social media presence are TOP NOTCH. The photos and video walkthrough illustrate her team’s quality work and attention to detail. We accepted a full-price offer within a couple of weeks – and then everything changed … COVID. As the world seemed to be spinning out of control, Shannon and her team navigated the closing process for me with care and professionalism. Because of Shannon Jones, and her wonderful team, every part of the listing, selling and closing experience EXCEEDED all my expectations and was handled with exceptional service.   Shannon and Brad made the whole home-buying- and cross-country relocation process seamless and headache-free. We really felt taken care of not only through the purchase, but afterwards, when getting settled into our new home and community. They really care about making sure you're happy. We appreciate how honest and straightforward they were about everything, and were always available when we needed them--which was often. Meeting us at our new house with the keys and a bottle of champagne, and then taking us out to dinner once we got settled in were really sweet touches, as well.

  The Shannon Jones team, with Brad Jones as our primary contact, was awesome. Brad was patient with us when we were unsure if we were ready to make the move, and got things done when we finally decided we were ready. We listed and sold a home in Covina in May, then bought a condo in Long Beach, and had everything closed to move in early August. They were there every step of the way and made it easy. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

  If you’re looking for a professional with an exceptional communication style to buy or sell a home then look no further. I have used Shannon Jones and her team twice in the past 15 years. First, Shannon sold my condo back in 2004, at more than asking price and within days of being listed, then simultaneously represented me with my next home purchase. All was easy and as pain free as you can get during one of the most stressful times in a persons life. In September of 2018 my husband and I decided to move out of the area, and we put an offer on a new home. This was all contingent on us selling our current home and we needed to move fast. After a call to Shannon once again, she moved quickly and had our professional photos completed and house listed with days. One week later, after just a weekend of open houses, our home sold over asking, with multiple offers! Her and her team negotiated a fast close and kept us informed through every step. We never felt like things were falling through or being neglected. And I must say, buying and selling in 2004 versus 2018 is a whole new ball game. Even so, Shannon and her team were professionals though and through. I would highly recommend Shannon Jones for any real estates needs you may have, she won’t disappoint!

  Shannon Jones knows her stuff. In 2006, she helped us buy a home in Long Beach in a hot, competitive market. She looked out for everyone and put our needs at the top of the list. I’ll never forget that. Jump to 2019. After two moves and years of renting out our house, it was time to sell. And who can forget a pro? We called Shannon from across the country and started the selling process. She and her team helped us make improvements, they worked collaboratively to bring in our asking price (plus an additional unexpected $25,000) and closed the sale on time. We felt a little guilty not having lifted even a finger to make this happen. You see, that’s how Shannon rolls: her end goal is the best outcome for everyone, no matter what it takes to get there. We owe Shannon so many thanks for making dreams come true as buyers and sellers. Treat yourself: work with Shannon and her top-notch team to buy or sell your home.   The Jones team is the best. I googled “the best realtor in Long Beach” and was given a list. Shannon’s bio was the best. I am so glad I chose her. The marketing was the great from photos, video, consult with a stager, and guidance. The open house was successful as a got several offers and within a few days was under contract.Escrow closed on time. I highly recommend Shannon and her entire team.

  November 2011: Shannon was recommended to me by friends to assist in buying a short sale home. Shannon Jones and her team were wonderful in helping get thru all of the hurdles and time delays that purchasing a short sale home can entail. I received weekly, if not daily, updates and communication on the progress of my transaction and appreciated the help Shannon provided in securing all the needed details (home inspector, mortgage agent, etc) to successfully close sale on my new home. Shannon is a true professional and will always fight to get her clients the best results! Update (Jan 2018): I recently had Shannon represent me in the sale of my home, and everything wonderful that I said about her 6 years ago remains true, if not even better! A true professional that fights to get their clients the best price possible, and in my case, managed to get multiple competing offers resulting in $31K over list price.
