  I can't say enough good things about Alex. We connected about 2 years ago when I first started the home search, walked me through many options and patiently helped me think through what I needed. Then kept in touch with me through several rounds of offers in an insanely competitive market. Always ready to get me whatever I needed, whenever I needed to make an offer. Once finally in contract, Alex and his colleagues made sure we could reduce our contingencies and close early. They made sure the mortgage was the easiest part of this whole process. I would recommend Alex to any first time home buyer. Not only is he a great professional, Alex is a pleasure to work with throughout a process that can be stressful.

  This was my first time buying a home and I had many concerns and questions throughout the whole process. I always felt comfortable and in the know. They were always calling me to make sure that I understood what the next steps were. They emailed me the progress and worked with my schedule. They were very professional and very easy to get a hold of. Alex and Sean worked with me to get everything completed so that we had it done early and on time. I would recommend their services to anyone looking for a lender. I will definitely be working with them again in the future!

  Alex was very helpful in helping us obtain our dream of buying a single family home. Before Alex, we were told by our credit union that we could barely afford a condo, even though we really wanted a house. Alex showed us multiple lending scenarios that would help us get the most for our money, while also staying with in our means, that allowed our dream to become reality. He was also extremely helpful throughout the whole lending process. Our previous lender caused us have to cancel escrow due to their untimely responses and sending of necessary documents. Alex and his team were prompt in responding to our needs and helped us close escrow in a timely manner. We would definitely recommend Alex's services to others!

  Alex and Sean at Mountain West were amazing! They got me to closing in 21 days without a hitch! They were quick to respond to emails and texts as well as caring and detailed in response. Being new to real estate financing I was bewildered by the process, but after working with Alex and Sean I feel as though I just took a course in real estate finance. Alex’s mortgage loan calculator was so exhaustive in its variables (e.g. including HOA dues and mortgage insurance) that it not only really helped in finding a home, but also in planning my after-purchase budget. Both guys were so personable and likeable as well as professional that it really made the financing process a pleasure!

  Alex Daniel was instrumental in helping us secure our loan and close escrow on our home. We absolutely could not have made this dream come true without his tireless efforts, knowledge and service. We are in an extremely competitive seller's market and had to do an expedited close of escrow under stressful conditions. Alex was there every step of the way to answer all of our questions and make sure our loan closed on time. He communicated with us, our agents, the seller's agent, escrow and title timely and effectively to make sure it all worked out as expected by all parties. Alex is extremely knowledgeable and resourceful. If you need a loan, he's your guy.

  Alex and Sean did an amazing job walking us through the mortgage process. This was my first home and the paperwork was intimidating. Alex and Sean were always available to talk whenever I was stuck or confused. They took the time to make sure everything was explained and that I was comfortable. I felt like I got a really good deal, I shopped around and I couldn’t find anyone who could come close.

  We could not of bought our first home without Alex! He was incredibly helpful and supportive. He is a great communicator, walked us through everything, and was easily accessible to us through the entire process. He was able to get our loan complete in 14 days and was diligent and really made us feel as if we were his priority. I can’t recommend him enough!

  The folks at MWF were the best. They took care of me in every which way when it comes to my loan. They were very prompt and answered all my questions in a timely manner. I’ve heard horror stories about the home loan process but Alex and Sean made it so simple and easy. I would recommend their service to any of my close friends or family looking for a home loan.
