  Sold͏ my first home! Scott͏ Bunn and his TEAM, were fast and efficient with the sell of my home. As a first time home seller, they answered my never ending questions and concerns I had on what felt like a daily basis! Christy and Jim were also quick with their replies and helped me understand the process. I only knew Scott relatively before he helped me buy my current home and sell this home but I now consider him a friend! Thank you all for everything you've done for me.

  Scott was my realtor with my first house and from day 1 was a go getter. He made my experience great even though he had huge obstacles thrown at him often. Now Scott is our realtor for selling homes and purchasing a new home- he goes above and beyond to let us see homes as soon as they come in and always has a listening ear to our crazy ideas. Very professional but also makes you feel at ease and know you’re in good hands!

  Scott and his team helped us with our purchase of a townhome in Christiansburg a few years ago, and just helped us sell the same townhome, with an excellent offer! Scott is very friendly and personable, and genuinely wants to help you to either find the perfect home, and/or sell your existing home. He gave us great guidance on updates, a starting price point, and handled arrangements for some inspection issues. We live in the Boston area, so his teams' handling of those issues was incredibly helpful. We accepted an "above asking price" offer in just about 30 hours of going on the market.   Scott went above and beyond other realtors we have previously used. He stuck with us for the 2 years it took to sell our house and buy a house, first during a government shut down while selling and then a pandemic while buying. I will also add that it took us so long due to the market when we sold and our indecisiveness when buying and he never left us hanging and answered our many questions. Scott is knowledgeable and has a lot of experience in the different aspects of realty. My husband and I will always be grateful to him. He’s definitely our goto realtor and we still message him randomly with questions or for advice because he knows more then just realty and has a lot of great contacts in his network.

  Scott was very helpful in telling us what we needed to know to be successful in selling and buying our place. He sold out home in less than 2 days on the market and was proactive and helpful in the process when we bought as well. He is energetic and motivated!

  We were new to the area and met Scott at an open house. I'm glad we found him and asked him to be our buyers agent. He has the personality you want in a realtor. He's organized, proactive and very honest. Our home purchase was a very smooth process. He also let us use a 15' moving vehicle which was really helpful getting moved in.   The Scott Bunn Division was extremely professional and helpful in navigating my husband and I on our first home buying experience! We purchased right before Christmas 2020 so it was already a tough time of the year. We were able to ask questions whenever needed, no matter the hour lol, and we were promptly answered without feeling we were imposing. We were guided through everything and didn't have to stress.   We have purchased many homes in the 30 years that we've been married. Suffice it to say, the majority of our experiences have been negative. After we fired several realtors who never returned phone calls, texts, Or emails, or who never seemed to have any time to show us properties, we found Scott. He quickly became not just our realtor, but a friend. He was very professional, expedient, always on time, and we felt like he was looking out for our best interest in trying to find us what we really would be happy with. He found us a home in Radford, and we were so pleased with our experience that we used him again to sell it when we moved from Virginia. I would highly recommend Scott. He is very people oriented , has a great sense of humor, and he knows the real estate business which he does for a living, not a hobby. I only wish that he could be cloned so we would be able to use him for our other real estate purchases outside of the state of Virginia.
