  Dustin and his team from start to finish were very communicative, transparent, and strait forward. From an expectations standpoint with us and our real estate agent, he gave realistic and helpful information. During the bidding process they provided letters confirming your financial viability, spoke with the selling agents to show additional support for you as a buyer, wrapped up the process a few days early to make sure there was some buffer time for paperwork. Oh, did I mention that this was all done in less then 30 days?!

  Dustin and his team at UHM were speedy, polite and very organized. I re-financed my mortgage with UHM and the communication was thorough and consistent without being annoying - a very thin line in all honesty! I felt as though I had a full team working with me and better yet, that team was all on the same page of status, next steps, dates to keep an eye on, documents needed, etc. 10/10 would recommend!
