  Not particular to this bank but bmo only allow a car loan payment and then you can’t submit another payment within 2 weeks.Why? I should be able to pay on it when I want to. It causes people to say forget it and end up spending it, or have to be on the phone forever with customer service, and/or ultimately cause people to lose their cars. A shady policy that needs to change and that impacts millions of customers.

  I had an amazing service there. Everytime I walk in, I am very welcomed by all the team. I am on a work visa here, and everything is more complicated when you're ''immigrant'' and banking is not an exception! So I had to go back for some issue with the form required, but everytime they contact me directly, apologized for the inconvenient, explained everything to me and why it happened and kept me informed about everything. The manager are always there to support their employees while we were filling the forms to make sure everything was done correctly. Now everything is perfectly fine with all my banking account. Great and devoted services. Would recommend this place !

  Always receive great customer service at this branch. Very friendly staff. They always greet their customers and there are never any lines! Not to mention the branch manager is a hottie! 😍
