Melissa Estrella5Entire staff is very friendly and knowledgable. My family relocated to the area approx 2 yrs ago. Branch manager, Geri, helped us establish accounts and talked extensively with my two school age sons (6 yo and 9 yo) on the importance of education, working hard and saving money. Every now and then, my sons will go with me to the bank to do transactions. They enjoy talking to Geri and also look forward to partaking in her complimentary candy jar. The Savings Bank app is also very easy and convenient to use, especially when depositing checks.

Maryann Bancroft5Been banking with The Savings Bank since 1985. Always friendly cashiers. Always knowledgeable and helpful. Unlike other local banks, there is always someone to answer the phone and direct you without being on hold for an extended period of time. Great customer service!

Pamela Wood5This has been my bank for many, many years (perhaps over 40), and while I no longer live locally, it remains as my primary bank and is worth the trip to engage with pleasant, knowledgeable bank employees who are ready to meet any and all service needs. While most banking is online now, I continue to come here in person from time to time. Geri was fast, efficient, and most professional in the process of one of my service needs a few years back. Greenwood can get congested; however there is onsite parking and two drive-throughs. Great people, great bank, 5 stars!

Fran Demenkow5Have banked at this bank since moving to Wakefield almost 60 years ago. Have always had great experiences. I especially love online banking. So convenient and fast. It has been especially convenient during these days of the virus when so many places have been closed.

You Tube1Jeff and Mario are a complete joke. Do yourself a favor and seek out other banks and lenders to work with. 0 professionalism and should consider careers as used car salesman. Not organized and do not make you feel as if you are a priority...at all. I've had better customer service at carnivals... Highly recommend staying away.

charlie ragusa1I wanted to open two checking accounts at the bank, one in my name and one in my personal trust name, for myself. I had to book an appointment. Once there, I was told I could not open an account in my trust name, unless I was willing to pay fees. There is no documentation stating this, just the branch manager. This is illegal. Stay away from this bank. I ended up opening my accounts at PNC Bank.
