  We have done business with EBSB for the last several years. We have a business account and conduct business with this particular branch quite frequently as our company is located in Wakefield. The staff and service is second to none in my opinion. I have had accounts at other banks and never received the level of service I have with this branch. Lacey truly is a gem, as she is always so pleasant, knowledgeable, efficient and quick to help with whatever we need. In fact, they have even helped in the growth of our business. Twice, to date, we were chosen as business of the month, where we were afforded the opportunity to set up a display at the bank, which gave us added exposure to local residents and businesses within our own community. Recently we asked for help determining which reward credit card would be best for our general contracting company. Lacey was extremely helpful as always, explaining different options and we now have a card that gives added benefits we never had prior. Susan the branch manager is welcoming and always pleasant to speak with. Whenever I make a deposit w/a Teller, I go to Tim (if he's available) who is also friendly, welcoming and a pleasure to do business with. It is comforting to know our bank/branch is a team of knowledgeable, efficient and pleasant familiar faces, eager to do what is best for us, rather than just another institution offering a service.

  East Boston Savings Bank office in Wakefield is staffed by knowledgeable and friendly bankers. It is like a small bank that knows all its customers, with the resources of a larger regional bank. I have been helped willingly and most professionally every time I have had a question or a banking problem.

  I've Been Banking With EB Savings Since 1984 At The Orient Heights Branch, Lived In Reading Since 2005, And Now Bank At The Wakefield Branch, Staff And Managers Are GREAT👍. Hoping Reading Branch Someday ...
