  I am realestate investor and have been working with other mortgage brokers in the past who promised to refinance my mortgages but even after 4 months nothing was happening and was not even getting any response from them.   I have worked with Mario on a purchase and a refinance. I am68 years old and we are out of state we worked together very well. He is very helpful and available on weekends and evenings and of course regular business hours. I will use him always he is very knowledgeable and helpful. He gets a 10 from me.i will use him again to do a refinance on a second home.

  We thoroughly enjoyed working with Thida. She went above and beyond and answered every question with patience and detail no matter where in the process we posed it.
