  Completely appalled by the lack of professionalism by Heather’s team. I am a 23 year old first-time home buyer and had been working with them for MONTHS. By the time one of my offers was accepted on a home, I LOST the house due to an administrative oversight on their end. When I called her office, Jill did not once apologize for her lack of due diligence and offered no alternatives or willingness to continue working with me…that is, until after my MOTHER called back to complain and we were then passed on to Heather. If you are a young, first-time home buyer or a middle-class income earner such as myself (I’m a teacher) then this is NOT the lender for you.

  Elizabeth, First and foremost, we hold all teachers in the highest regard. I too was a teacher before my career change in 2001 to the mortgage industry. As to your review, there’s no argument. We messed up. We’ve identified the gap in our process and have adjusted procedures to avoid a reoccurrence. I sincerely apologize for both the inconvenience and unhappiness this has caused you.
