  This is the third time we have worked with Alex and it's always been an excellent and easy experience. I have done mortgages with other lenders before and it has not been as smooth as with working with Alex. From the initial stage of providing rates and loan options to closing is always very straightforward and simple. Alex has always answered our questions quickly and provided guidance and when we are ready to move forward he asks for all of the information at once then keeps us updated on the underwriting process all the way up to closing. Additionally, Cherry Creek provides competitive rates. Their website is easy to use to get all the documents uploaded and makes us feel that our confidential information is safe and secure.
