  What a great experience! I would highly recommend working with Troy and Reichert Mortgage Team. From start to finish, Troy and his teams knowledge, efficiency, and care made us feel confident throughout our home buying process. Troy also went out of his way to take calls whenever any questions came up which really added to the small town charm we love here.

  Troy did an amazing job getting me approved to buy my first home. With the tight timeline, a VERY complex seller, and an interesting realtor, Troy worked diligently, to make sure that I would have a home to call my own. Troy, hands down was the best thing that happened to my home buying process/experience. It is worth noting that Troy is very through and completes everything in a timely manner. Troy and his team did not disappoint, they made sure to communicate with me and took the time to explain things when I had questions. I would recommend Troy to anyone and everyone who asked for a referral to a mortgage broker. Anyone reading this who is looking for a broker, it would be in your best interest to call Troy, his contacts, and knowledge are limitless. PS- at closing he comes dressed to impress :-)!   The Reichert team was wonderful. My husband and I both really liked working with Troy and Lucretia and will absolutely recommend them to others. They were available and ready to answer questions whenever we needed it, and willingly found out information for us when they didn’t have it. They were professional but warm and we always knew they were in our corner- especially when we ran into some problems in escrow and they went to bat and came through for us in a big way.   Their name (Integrity First) speaks for itself!!!!!! I worked directly with Troy and Lucretia throughout the process. They were very proactive and always a text, call, or email away. I have bought and/or refinanced 10 homes in past across various states and would rank the Reichert Team amongst the top thus far. Troy was great at understanding my unique circumstance and calmly worked through all challenges as they arose. They were very knowledgeable of all regulations and truly understand the underwriting process through the professional relationships they've built.   We came to The Reichert Mortgage Team when our previous lender didn't work out. They were on top of everything to get us approved and moving forward in closing on our amazing new home. They were available via call, text, email etc anytime we needed them. When we needed to sign some documents on a weekend afternoon, Troy was there to greet us and distract the kids with candy so we could get through the signatures. On closing day Troy was there again to make sure we were taken care of even brought a sweet house warming gift. Absolutely recommend.

  Troy made the refinancing process very easy, he sent me secure links to the website were i was able to upload document. He answered all my questions and returned my calls in minutes this helped expedite the process and I was able to close withing a month. His Team was very professional and knowledgeable on current market status. I will definitely will use his Team again or recommended to friends or family members.

  The Reichert Mortgage Team was AMAZING from beginning to end. Troy and his team made the process less stresssful and it all went so fast! We were approved and closed on our new home in 4 weeks! I would definitely recommend this mortgage team to EVERYONE! My family could not be more thankful to have went with this mortgage lender because we are now PROUD owners of a BEAUTIFUL home!
