  I LOVE The State Bank! Their staff is always warm and welcoming and take care of all of our banking needs. We have multiple accounts with them, including personal and business. There have been a few times I have made mistakes and they never charge me a fee, even when it's my fault. The big banks would never forgive you and not charge a fee. They all know me by name. Several of them even frequent our business. And they always give my dog a treat. Angelica, Sandy, Wanda, Kevin always go above and beyond to give the best customer service. Don't bank anywhere else if you live in Falcon.

  I was looking at the reviews posted and it’s a tough crowd. First and foremost I want to thank Angelica and all the other ladies for their help at The State Bank. They have are terrific. I’ve banked there for years and haven’t had any issues.

  I have banked with The State Bank of Falcon for more than a decade and I have never been disappointed with their service. While I now do most of my banking online via their excellent website, it is always a delight to visit the bank and be greeted by the smiling faces of long-time employees who make time to answer my questions and offer to help in some way--in the same spirit that neighbors offer help! As a small business owner, I count on the professional expertise and dedication of Angelica Rivera, Brad Rose, and Luann Cannon (of the LaJunta branch), all of whom have unwittingly played a role in helping to make my business successful. In addition, their business banking products and website capabilities are superior to many of their competitors. However, it ultimately comes down to trust. I wouldn't trust my business to any other bank.

  We have banked with State Bank since 2002, and have been extremely pleased with our service. I am a medical doctor who works and travels internationally, and Brad and the staff have been thoroughly supportive and flexible both when we are overseas and when we are in Colorado. He and the staff have gone above and beyond the usual expectations I would have of a bank. We would strongly recommend State Bank to others.

  Small bank but they know me when I walk in the door two or three times a year. Wish other Banks kept employees that happy and wanting to serve my interests. I have been banking there 15 years and haven't had a bad experience yet.

  Have been banking here for 15 years. Always great service, my individual needs addressed. I travel a lot all over the world and always know I can safely use the state bank cards/website and receive support. I definitely recommend banking at the State Bank. You are the best!

  Working with Kevin on a construction loan. If you've ever had the "pleasure" of doing a construction loan there is a lot to it. Kevin has made it as easy as possible for us. Furthermore, Kevin has went to bat to us more than once and has went above and beyond. Great to have Kevin and a local bank that is looking out for the best interests of it's customers. I was looking over the reviews and thought I might have the wrong bank. If I've had to wait any time it was due to the tellers taking their time with their customers instead of rushing through like bigger banks do. Sadly I was unlucky and didn't see a birthday party the 10+ times I've been in, if I would have I would have asked for a slice of cake.

  Working with Kevin Ray on our construction loan was one of the best customer service experiences that we’ve had. Building a home is not a low stress endeavor. And there are parts to the process that can be confusing or convoluted. Kevin took the time on multiple occassions to walk us through all of the intricacies, giving us options, even simply listening when the stress got a bit much. We never felt rushed for time and always left feeling like all of our questions were answered clearly. On many occasions he went above and beyond what we expected and far exceeded our already high expectations. We had no glitches through all of the funding process and all of the subcontractors were paid quickly once we submitted. We recommend working with Kevin without reservation!!

  Rude staff who do not really take any care for their job and are extremely rude. The mangers do not help when they should and they do not provide most services other banks would. It feels like a very hostile and unwelcoming environment. The store manger does not lead by example as he is unprofessional and harasses you over social media. I see why the employees moral is so low.

  A phenomenal bank with a caring staff that always goes out of its way to make it a pleasant experience. We love the attentiveness and the way this bank runs! Best bank we’ve ever done business with!!
