  I was having a terrible experience with another loan company that began on March 11 and continued until May 22. Lost documents, unanswered phone calls, text messages, numerous requests for extension of the closing. I called Dan Frio on the 23rd of May and he promised me that he could have me ready to close within five days. Five days later, Dan and his team came through and I closed on June 1st.   Well, let me start by saying that I was struggling with a bank doing my refinance and I decided to contact the Frio team and problems solved.Nicco was extremely helpful throughout the process and we closed in less than a month while I was dealing with the bank since March.
