  The DuPage Credit Union team worked together seamlessly to help me secure a loan for my new car. The online application was simple and easy. The DCU team followed up with me to ensure things kept moving forward because the schedule was very tight.   I would never bank here just for the poor customer service given by the Myoshi Mohammed. I am also letting the CRA-Community Reinvestment Act. Beware about there scam loan promotion 66 months for 2.21 is yes for good credit which my mom has but they take the lower credit on the app which gives the way out to not give the loan, No worries I just used my CD I had So now nobody is going to make any money on interest

  I love the credit union!! Their products are great and the service is personalized. I never feel like I’m just another customer, I feel like the staff is there waiting for me to call or stop by. Big banks can’t compare. Oh, did I mention the credit union also helped my kids get revolving credit? What big bank can you ask to help you build credit and they do? It doesn’t happen. DPCU you’re the best! That said, change the online banking so the dashboard shows you when payments are due! I hate having to click into an account to see when I have to pay you! Make it easy for us!

  I have used Dupage Credit Union for all my bank accounts for YEARS. They prioritize any requests or questions from their account holders and have been nothing but a pleasure to work with through the years. Kate and Lisa have espically been extraordinarily helpful!   They helped me with a financial thing I needed to do for my family for some fancy signature guarantee and they weren't even directly involved. I guess it's a member benefit I didn't know I had. Thanks

  This location does not process teller transactions and does not have a drive thru. They only deal with lending, signing, and backend processing.
