  My husband and I worked with Brian Cohen from Rate House Mortgage for almost a year to find our home. He was so helpful and patient the entire time, and was very quick to respond with any pre-approvals we needed for our offers. When we finally found the home we were going to buy (private sale so we did not have a realtor), he worked with us day and night the whole process to ensure any issues that arose were addressed quickly and smoothly. We ended up working more with him than we did our lawyer as he was the most responsive and helpful team member of this entire process. I truly feel that he was the glue that held the entire process together. Now that we have closed on our home, I know that we can still reach out to him if we have any questions without fear of being rejected or cast aside. I highly, highly recommend Brian and this office, he has gone above and beyond for my family.

  Brian helped me with refinancing and to say he made the process smooth and enjoyable is an understatement! He was truly wonderful to work with.   I was lucky to meet Brian Cohen, my loan officer, in one of the houses I put an offer for. He explained me very patiently all the details about getting a loan mortgage. My offer was not accepted for this house, but he worked with me very efficiently to send me pre-approval letters right away to other houses I liked. I finally found this house and he helped me to keep the best lower rate ever, he helped me going throught many issues in the property, he helped with the underwriters and checking all my documents on time.
