Al and his team worked tirelessly to make this whole process seamless and stress free. Being a first time home buyer as a single mom could have been the most stressful time but wasn’t stressful at all.   As a second time home buyer, we knew what we wanted out of all the people we'd be working with (realtor, lender, etc.) Alfonso was referred to us by our realtor. He answered our call on a Saturday and was able to walk us through exactly what we needed to make our offer hours later. Alfonso was extremely responsive to my many questions and provided us with the details we needed. Alfonso and team made the home buying process easy, fun, and stress-free.. I was shocked because my first home buying experience was overwhelming and stressful. We always knew where our loan was in the process, what the upcoming steps were, and were never left in the dark. We also were confident Alfonso was providing us with the best rate and loan options. It's also important to note that not only did Al help us close on time during a pandemic, but we were able to close a few days early because Al and his team at Prime Lending were professional and diligent and followed through. The lawyers were impressed as so many other lenders are dropping the ball during the pandemic. I will gladly pass Alfonso's information on to anyone and everyone looking to purchase a house. So thankful for our realtor for sending us his way!!!

  Alphonso is very knowledgeable, personable, extremely considerate of his client and an all around nice guy!! He and his team handled all matters concerning my mortgage refinance with care and professionalism. He made the mortgage refinance process easy and timely when my prior experiences with other refinance companies had been very challenging, I am an extremely happy camper and highly recommend Alphonso to one and all.

  We have worked with Al twice now. We worked with Al when we bought our first house and he was great at walking us through everything and making sure that we understood the everything that was happening along the process. More recently, we worked with Al on a cash out refinance of our house and it couldn't have gone any better! We were able to cash out some equity and still lower our monthly payments, win win! Through the whole process I felt like Al had our best interests at heart and made sure things kept moving quickly!

  We had a wonderful experience with Al and his team on the refinance of our home! I reached out to Al (during the holiday season, no less) and he got back to me with multiple options and quotes within 24 hours. From there, Al and his team walked us through every step of the process, with Al personally reaching out any time something important was coming up. The process could not have been easier. Oh, and they saved us A TON of money. Definitely recommended!

  We used Alfonso to purchase our first home. He was kind, patient and explained everything thoroughly. As a first time home buyer, I was very anxious and had many questions.
