  Great experience in my business transaction. Great customer service. The staff was polite, kind and extremely attentive. The security presence made me feel safe while browsing the merchandise. I had a positive transaction and found my wife a beautiful ring at an extremely affordable price.

  I liked the location and professional set-up of the place. Staff was really friendly and approachable. It could be because they don't specialize in the item I brought in (an acoustic guitar), but I checked with three pawn shops including them on selling my it, and they literally offered half what the other two pawn shops did on the same day. In the end, I'm glad I shopped around.

  I love this place. I have bought several items there from jewelry to Playstation 4. I have been happy with all my purchases. The jewelry there us awesome and priced to sell. I never had much before they came to town and them I bought several pieces. The layaway is great and when I was in the hospital they even took my payment over the phone. Even moving away a couple of months ago I would drive back there if there was something I was looking for just because I trust them that much. The staff is great and friendly. They remember you every time you drop by. They are helpful and knowledgeable about the products they have. I can't say enough good things about The Pawn Company... You need to go visit and shop.

  Great experience from start to finish, everytime I've conducted business with them. I was fortunate enough to win one of their awesome drawings (yes I'm a real customer). Their staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Great great great selection from high end new stuff to great discounts. Firearms selection is unprecedented in Bowling Green. I love you guys keep up the great work for many many years to come. I'm a Pawn Company lifer

  I have always had pretty Good luck here. I have bought Several rings for my wife. I bought a Banjo and  several Guns. I always know what I can Buy an item for elsewhere. I'll tell them can you beat this price. If they can, we are in luck. If not Then I go elsewhere. My wife Got sick etc and we dont go like we use too. Very friendly people When I was going. Maybe again Soon.

  Unprofessional to say the very least. I went into the pawn company today with alot of professional 3 gun gear. FNX-45 tactical, venom 6moa red dot, and Griffin cobra 3 gun rig. Total value of the equipment when i bought it over $1900.00. I was expecting an offer of 8 or 9 hundred for everything. That would allow a modest mark up for "The Pawn Company". They offered me $350.00............ As I was leaving the owner decided to let me know how much it offended her that I said her offer was ridiculously low. So after multiple attempts to change the subject that had turned very hostile in front of All the customers watching, and continue my talk with the very nice and helpful cashier she proceeded to tell me I can take my stuff and leave her store and then try to shake my hand? Lady you need to learn the value of customer service. I know for sure that when any of my friends need something to be sold/pawn/buy that they will no visit this trashy low rent business.
