  Back when they were pioneer credit and BETH was the manager it was excellent place to deal with. Now they have taken the “maiden name mariner finance I have no clue about how they are” been dealing with them for over 2 years now. They have usually helped me out when no one else would even look at me.

  This office sends payment information out via snail-mail, has no voicemail, has no online payment capability and they DO NOT take cash when you pay at their office. Since I am from out of state, paying on a 12-month-interest-free loan was quite the challenge. After not receiving an October bill in the mail and going past the allowed time for the payment to be submitted (I did get a voicemail from THEIR end telling me I must pay by the end of business day that day), I made the 4 hour trek from my house to their office to PAY IT IN FULL!!! My final payment turned out to include a hefty penalty of $59 and change! To add insult to injury, the pleasant woman who assisted me with my final bill mentioned that the penalty had just been added only a few hours before my arrival.... UGH! Needless to say, I WILL NEVER USE REGENCY FINANCE AGAIN NOR WILL I DEAL WITH ANY MORE FURNITURE COMPANIES WHO USE THEIR SERVICES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
