  The Justus Sharp Team was extremely friendly and communicative throughout the whole home buying process. Michelle has been my main point of contact besides Justus himself and she has always answered my questions quickly and helped me stay on track with tasks to keep the loan approval process going. They have been super helpful going through the homebuying process for my first time, and I would recommend them to anyone looking to buy a new house or refinance!

  I worked at Chase when I bought my first house. I didn't want to get a mortgage through Chase because I didn't trust that everything would go smoothly. A friend recommended Justus Sharp. It was a great experience! The whole team is very knowledgeable and helpful! I will go back to NFM if I ever buy another house or refinance!

  We were in the market for our first home. As first time buyers we had no clue what to expect or the buying process. Justus and his team were amazing throughout the entire process and helped us step by step. They were always there to answer any questions. I called multiple times to get some things cleared up and every time I was satisfied with the answer. Everyone went above my expectations but I spoke the most with Michelle. She was great! We are closing on our home within the next week and won’t hesitate to recommend Justus to our friends and family.

  Justus and his team were helpful and available throughout our home buying process. Having worked with a big bank in the past for our previous home, I can assure you that using Justus provided us with a much easier home buying experience. No delays, we closed on the exact day he promised and we were even greeted with a house warming gift made by his wife! We cannot recommend Justus and his team enough!

  Working with Justus and the First Federal team was an awesome experience. Justus is extremely knowledgable in his field, and was able to answer all questions that we had in the simplest terms. His expertise made our entire process run very smoothly from day one. He was courteous and helpful throughout. We've recommended several of our friends to Justus, and they have all had similar experiences with him as well. He was always patient with us, and took as much time as we needed to make us understand all aspects of the home buying process. Even when we hit several snags, he maintained his patience and professionalism, and never made us feel like we were inconveniencing him. He was also very friendly and personable, and has continued to service us and check in with us, even after our closing. Justus is a true professional, and anyone would be hard pressed to find a better lending experience.
