  I highly recommend Steve Nielsen for your Mortgage specialists. This is our 2nd time buying a house and the first time we used someone else and it did not go this smoothly. Using Steve, I did not have to micromanage to get paperwork in or get updates. He was on top of everything and did a great job communicating with us. He helped us navigate through the best options and gave us multiple scenarios for our payments that we wanted to try, until we figured out where we wanted to be. This experience was much better and it really took the stress away. Great experience and will be using Steve again in the future.

  Steve is the best! I would highly recommend him to anyone that wants to finance or refinance a home. We have done both and he helped us every step along the way. He is knowledgeable and always makes sure he finds the best rate!!
