  Jeremy, Oliver, and Helam are completely amazing what they do. Every review I've read reads how simple they make the process for everyone, which is true, but based off of my experience they will also work harder than anyone to make that process as simple as they can even with the more difficult situations that you can run into while getting a mortgage. If you get into a snag while in any point of the process you will not find a team that is more dedicated to finishing the process. I will be recommending everyone that I know to go through them.

  The team stayed in contact with us and worked with us from February to November Working on our credit and our paperwork I was impressed with all the good and bad days And up and downs The team kept the loan going Finding the best for us Thank you for your hard work guys and gals!!!

  There was constant communication and every effort was made to expedite my loan. They were friendly to work with and very knowledgeable. Jeremy and his team will alwaus have my business. Overall i am very impressed and satisfied with my experience!

  Fairway of Pocatello, ID is the worst mortgage company I have ever had to interact with. I had to babysit the communication between the office member and myself. If I didn't, I never heard from them. No one could ever give me a strait answer on the status of my loan. Each member would tell me they needed certain financial documents to continue with the process, even though I had already sent them in at the request of an alternate office member. In the middle of the process I even got a letter stating due to inactivity and failure to respond on my part my loan application was being terminated. WHAT?!? Or how about the fact the once my 2019 taxes were submitted, all of a sudden me having a schedule F (farm) on my taxes was a big deal. UHHH HELLO!!! You have a copy of all my taxes since 2017, which ALL have a schedule F, why is it a big deal now?? Jeremy the office manager made promise upon promise about follow through and communication and failed ever time. I would call him out on it and he would respond with "your right I didn't call you" . Not I'm sorry, not I'm going to do better. The only person that was helpful in this situation was the poor receptionist Brittany who apologized over and over and over again for the poor treatment and communication. Oliver tried his best but was limited due to the poor follow through of his office mates.This place is an absolute JOKE. I would not refer them to anyone, EVER! A hard pull on my credit for what -- to deal with this dishonest misleading office/company. NO THANKS. I should have just refinanced with the company I was currently with. Dont do it, don't work with these people, don't trust them, you will regret it!!

  I worked with Jeremy from start to finish and I have to say that I feel like he worked hard for me and my family !! When others said no he made it happen I am truly grateful to him and his team at Fairway Mortgage for helping us make or home ownership not just a dream but a reality !! I would definitely give them a try if you are serious about buying a home!! They definantly exceeded my expectations! Thanks Jeremy and your team at Fairway !!

  Jeremy Lambson’s Team at Fairway Mortgage has been great to work with. I am a real estate agent in the Pocatello Area and have worked with them for about 3 years. They are very helpful when I send clients to get pre approved for a home loan they will qualify them quickly or will help them to get qualified. Fairway has been able to close the loans and closes them ahead of schedule. They have been amazing to work with!

  Jeremy and Oliver bent over backwards on my VA loan. He was friendly and sat down with me multiple times to make sure I was comfortable with my payments and costs. Closed early and worked with our agent to get us a great home.
