  When we bought our home a few years ago, we did a lot of research and we are so grateful we found Penny and her team. With one lender our closing costs were going to be almost $7K and with The Mortgage Partner they were only around $3K. They are so friendly, 100% honest, and I know they really genuinely care about us. Penny's knowledge and expertise is invaluable. She recently contacted us to let us know we could save a lot with the current lower interest rates if we wanted to do a refinance.   I worked with Penny and her team in buying a new home and would highly recommend them to anyone! They're big enough to get things done all while maintaining a personal touch and caring about how I felt throughout the mortgage process. She was quick to answer her phone and would respond to questions through email as fast as I could send them. Not only is Penny knowledgeable with the in's and out's of the different types of loans in the mortgage arena, she helped educate me on maximizing the amount of seller paid fees, and to top it off, she got me a great, low rate, that even impressed the title company.
