  I’m the owner and managing broker of Regal Real Estate in New Braunfels and exclusively use Nathan / The Mortgage Maniac with all my buyer clients. I’ve yet to have a deal not close on time and almost always have them close early. And I’ve never had a client not give him a glowing review when it was all said and done.   We used Nate for our refinance. Nate is awesome and go our rate reduced by one and a half points! Our current rate was already decent, but we will end up saving thousands with an even lesser rate. He is super responsive, even on the weekends when I didn't expect to get a response until the next business day. I will definitely be going through Nate for any additional mortgage products in the future.

  I learned about Nathan through a friend, he worked with on the purchase of her first home. From the time she met Nathan she raved about how helpful, thorough and patient he was! So when I decided to apply for a home equity loan, there was no doubt who I was going to reach out to. When I first spoke to Nathan I explained what my desires were such as paying my off student loans, as well as, completing some much needed upgrades to my home. He did not hesitate, he got right to work and let me know what we would need to do to make it happen! As we were moving through the process we hit a snag due to a zoning issue. But, Nathan stuck by me. He contacted the city to find out what the issue was and put me into contact with all the right people to rectify the situation! Nathan was always readily available to answer questions and connected me with wonderful people with the lender who fulfilled my mortgage! I highly recommend Nate to anyone venturing into the purchase of a home or anyone who may be looking to acquire a home equity loan! He is fantastic!

  Nathan was amazing. Our loan ended up being a tricky one due to some weird rules on rainwater collection, but Nathan worked so hard for 2 weeks to ensure he could get us the best financing for our needs. When others would have most likely given up, Nathan tirelessly worked hours each day on our file and kept us updated throughout the process.
