  The staff at the New Braunfels location, on Hwy 46, are simply wonderful. And a special 5-star shout out to Villa. Her professionalism, her knowledge of the business and her always positive, bubbly personality take away the stress of handling business transactions. Her A+ customer service makes you feel like family. My wife and I are so glad that the branch lobbies are opening back up. We look forward to the face to face trips for business handlings and when we go in, we will always look for Villa and the bright spot that she brings to our day.

  Today I worked with Bryan Azuaje to finance my new travel trailer. I contacted Security Service Credit Union on Thursday afternoon and two days later I have my trailer with an amazing 6% fixed rate in the smoothest transaction ever!! Bryan was very professional and their COVID safety measures made me feel very safe.

  I bank at several Security Service locations. This perticular location has treated me and my family amazing. From mrs. Villa to the in house insurace specialist Mr. Shepard to the Branch manager. Customer service has fallen to the way side in most and several diffrent types of venues not at this Security Service bank , the group really comploment each other from there knowledge to there smiles. They share there kowledge and educate my family to navigate threw this world with confidence and all the way treating you like family. Thank You so very Kindly.

  I was extremely impressed during my recent visit.  I moved to Texas right before Covid, and my DL expired a few months ago. The teller could have just turned me away and said sorry but instead she went out of her way to get approval from her manager for my transaction. I expressed my appreciation then. But now I’d like to express that it’s the small things like this that leave great impressions.   I feel this is also a reflection of the manager!  Great job!!

  I have been a member since 2013. After moving to New Braunfels I started using this branch as my primary banker. I have had numerous loans for vehicles and R V's. The customer service I have always received is second to none. Thanks so much for being here for me. I will always recommend you to others looking for that personal and professional service.   During this pandemic period I notice that when I go places, people seem to be down or a little extra grumpy now a days. I can't begin to tell you the breath of fresh air these two lady's were at SSFCU! Shelby and Stefanie were just absolutely glowing! I can't imagine working over a computer screen trying to help someone out every day. Shelby was just a ray of sunshine over that monitor. She was tremendously sweet, polite, and very patient with me as the wind had picked up and I couldn't hear a thing. Stefanie when I was waiting in the car to get set up for new accounts you came out so fast and handed me paperwork. I for sure thought I would have to wait forever to be seen. You were prompt, courteous, and such a doll! Both of you totally made my day!

  Just wanted to give a shout out to Kevin and Security Service Federal Credit Union! I had made an appointment for a notary signature, but inadvertently stopped at the wrong address (and wrong bank!). Kevin was great and still offered to provide the notary stamp, which he readily did. What awesome customer service. Thank you Kevin & the Security Service team!

  SSFCU New Braunfels branch staff, particularly Vila C and Shana M, and all its services are awesome! My mortgage refi and auto refi transactions were handled in the most efficient and professional manner possible. It’s rates are also very competitive and affordable. It’s banking and insurance services are also handled without any hiccups. I recommend SSFCU highly and has my 5++ star rating! Luv SSFCU!👍🏼
