With their help we were able to close on the house in less than 6 weeks from the time the offer was accepted! Everything went smoothly and they were always available when we had any questions, even at night or while away on vacation.   We used The Mortgage Firm to purchase our second home in Florida. We started the process there but then returned home and finished up the many details remotely. Laurie and Dan Wilcox were so helpful and walked us through it all with ease. We were on the phone so often that I started to think of them as family. I will miss talking to them. Dan held off to the last moment to get us the best interest rate available and Laurie guided me through the purchase of an app on my phone so I could send pdf files, no easy task for me but it actually was easy. We highly recommend this company to anyone purchasing a home.

Most of the paper work was easily uploaded to a secure site, signing documents arrived on time, and the entire process went very smooth.
