  Worst bank ever! Puts 10 day holds on every check you try to deposit! It doesn’t matter the amount of money or where the check is from every time 10 to 14 day hold! Been bank here over year thought the longer you stayed the better it would get but clearly that’s not the case! Waiting for holds to be taking off my checks and will be closing all of my accounts with them!

  Excellent service. Employees are very pleasant and helpful, lobby is always clean, lots of seating, and uncrowded traffic flow. Easy access from and to the main street. No complaints at all.

  Very poor customer service. Yesterday I came in and cashed a money order from my grandmother in Illinois, a chase customer. My brother visiting from the military received the same money order as a gift, and went to the same location to cash it. They won't allow it without my grandmother's ID, which is strange as they allowed it yesterday for me. I don't know if it's because he's visiting on military leave, but how rude. Update - upon research an id is never required for a money order except for the person cashing it. The only difference between my interaction yesterday and his today was his military ID. Clerks need better training.

  My husband went to cr 441 to deposit $20 cash to my acct and ATMs were down. Went to teller next day (atm still down)@drive thru with my card and $20was told need drivers license. Got that drove back and was told I have to be there to make deposit. Are they serious? Chase in TX never this incompetent Thanks for wasting my gas. Next time might want to advise of all the rules beforehand. Would have given zero if I could.

  Almost never have a representative to speak to. The system is aware of that and hangs up on you when they have enough customers to deal with for the moment instead of letting you wait. Even reaching the nationwide hotline is a long wait. Especially when they are attempting to transfer you. I've spent 20 minutes just waiting to be transferred to claims. With no sound on the phone and no agent to confirm that they were still there. Terrible customer service. Need change.

  Every time I went through the drive thru, even with no other vehicles there, it took them 10 minutes just to initially ask how they could help me. Anytime I would go to deposit my money into my account after having my account open for a couple months, it was never readily available. I would have to wait 1 to 2 days for my own money to be accessible to me. When I initially opened my account, it took about a little over 3 weeks for them to mail me my debit card and they didn't give me a temp one, just an atm card. Staff is friendly and pleasant but was very dissatisfied with the overall bank and it's services.

  Worst Chase branch bank lack of customer service and knowledge of there jobs no wonder people in the area choose other options rather than chase here

  What I don't really get is why you guys would close before 430 on a Thursday before a state wide quarantine goes into effect? This is the worst bank ever I'm gonna switch to a better one . Drive threw says it's open till 6 but here it is closed.

  Just recently had to close my account here due to financial issues. But, I felt so guilty because the people who work here are so kind to you. They have always helped me with problems I had with a smile on their face. If you have direct deposit from your job Chase can be an amazing bank to work with for opening a checking account.

  Worst Customer service ever! Had an set appointment and prior one ran over then we were told the representative had to go to lunch. We were kept waiting over an hour.
