  Janie B. Trimble was absolutely amazing! She was very knowledgeable and caring. Throughout the whole process I felt like my needs and wants were her top priority, not the sale! She guided me in the right direction and looked at every and any aspect that could make, break, help, or hurt. Everything was easy to follow and if I had a question she couldn't answer, she promptly found it! Can not say enough of the wonderful experience I had! Dealing with the Mortgage firm and the associates truly made the experience so much better!

  Customer service is so important to me and hands down Ryan Larson and his team went far and beyond my expectations. From the initial preapproval to close Ryan and his team kept me so updated and informed I never once had to call to check status or get updates. They were so efficient and organized and worked so seamlessly together on my loan the entire process from beginning to close was so quick and stress free. I highly recommend Ryan Larson to anyone looking to purchase a home.

  Eric was an amazing loan officer and helped me every step of the way with my first home purchase. He made sure I understood what was happening at each step and what was required of me. Thanks to his assistance I was able to close in less than a month! I couldn't be happier!

  Jerry Moore and The Mortgage Firm overcame me losing $22,000 in grant money from USDA and The Keystone Fund after a house failed inspection and the seller refused to make repairs. After this there were many obstacles that Jerry worked to overcome to help me buy my 1st home.... Even in the bleakest of times Jerry stayed positive and encouraged me to due the same... A big Thank You to Jerry and The Mortgage Firm!!!!

  Took over 90 days to complete my refinance then sent me a new lock in agreement that was .25 over the lock it rate agreement that I signed 90 days erlier. They said it changed because it took so long to complete which was completly their fault due to incompetence of their employees. The rates are now up and they have cost me time and money. I will not be giving my business to them and have to start this process with another company. I do not recommend this company to anyone.
