  Such a great and hardworking group of people, specifically Suzanne and Tiffany. This was my 2nd time having worked with them as my lender, and again I was given first-class service, a quick & efficient process and last but not least, a great rate! Cannot thank them enough for the diligence, making sure the lines of communication are clear, and the job is done professionally and promptly. I’ll 120% be working with them again in the future. Highly recommend!

  Suzanne and her team went above and beyond to make the process as easy simple as possible. Suzanne was very patient answering any questions I had and explained everything in detail. Even after closing, she has happily answered any questions I have had. Enough cannot be said for the value of this team during the home buying process.

  I had the best experience working with the Mortgage Firm, especially with Mike. Mike is very organized, attentive to detail and always answers any phone calls, and if he cannot get to them right away he will call us back at his earliest convenience. Instead of providing us with a pre-approval of the total loan amount, he also provided us with the amount that we would be able to afford each month (which made everything so much easier) We used a credit union prior to working with Mike. Making the switch to the Mortgage Firm was the BEST choice that I made when purchasing my house! With the Mortgage Firm we are not a number, or a file, we are important clients with names! The process was very smooth and easy, I didn’t have to lift one finger.

  No need to look anywhere else. This is the mortgage firm You will choose! I just closed (on time) on my 1st home with Suzanne and her team. The best decision I did was choosing her firm. Hands down she is the best, she easily explained everything. No stress, no worries. Was always there by phone, email, text to answer my millions of questions. Communication is major factor why this went so smoothly. Trust me go with this mortgage firm or you will regret it!

  Suzanne Morton is a a forward and creative thinker. She kept me posted all the way through the process and made herself available whenever I needed her. Her team was fabulous and they worked together to make sure I got what I needed in a timely fashion.The time line she gave me on day one was exactly the time frame it took to get me my loan. In this climate where financing is often difficult, Suzanne made it easy.
